Singapore is developed nation not only by its developed infrastructure but also due to its governance and values. In this month one incident took place in Singapore and went viral on Social media, which shows how serious Singapore takes, if its related to water.
For all water agency all around the world should take a lesson from PUB which is a government water agency of Singapore. A citizen of Singapore wrote a post on Facebook to share an event of getting drinking water bags delivered to his door by government officials who were from PUB water agency due to disruption of water in his residential block as some maintenance work was going on.

The resident mentioned that he lived in so many other countries but in Singapore he experienced that the government is offering a best customer service even if its a government agency. He mentioned in a span of four hours, different PUB officials visited his place to apologize and delivered packets of drinking water.
Water demand in Singapore is currently about 430 million gallons a day (mgd) that is enough to fill 782 Olympic-sized swimming pools, with homes consuming 45% and the non-domestic sector taking up the rest.
By 2060, Singapore's total water demand could almost double, with the non-domestic sector accounting for about 70%. By then, NEWater and desalination will meet up to 85% of Singapore’s future water demand.
